• Version 0.19.86 (latest): Download .uf2
• Version 0.19.52: Download .uf2
• Version 0.19.45: Download .uf2

Always use firmware made for the S32. Firmware for another device may cause it to malfunction.

How to update your S32

1. Download the latest firmware file (.uf2) above.
2. Enter firmware update mode, either way:
   • On the S32, open the main menu and go to Settings → Firmware → Firmware Update.
   • Or hold both buttons while you connect the USB cable.
3. A new drive named SHIK appears on your computer. Open it.
4. Drag and drop the .uf2 file onto the SHIK drive.
5. Wait for the copy to finish. Your S32 updates automatically and returns to normal operation, and the SHIK drive closes.

  General bug fixes, performance improvements, and Pitch Bend as a macro mode.
• Version 1.1.0: Download .uf2

Always use firmware made for the N32B Slim. Firmware for another device may cause it to malfunction.

Back up your presets first

A firmware update may reset your settings or clear the presets stored on the device. Back them up with the Web Editor:

1. Connect your N32B Slim to your computer with a USB cable and open the Web Editor.
2. Go to Preset Library → Device Presets and click Sync All.
3. Save each preset: download it as a JSON file, or save it to your cloud library (requires logging in).

How to update your N32B Slim

1. Download the latest firmware file (.uf2) above.
2. Disconnect your N32B Slim from the computer.
3. Hold the bottom button while you connect the USB cable. Keep holding until the display shows UPd and a drive named SHIK appears on your computer.
4. Open the SHIK drive and drag and drop the .uf2 file onto it.
5. Wait for the copy to finish. Your N32B Slim restarts with the new firmware, and the SHIK drive closes.

To use the Web Editor, your N32B needs firmware 4.5.0 or later. The Web Editor tells you if your firmware is too old. Update it with the N32B Firmware Updater for your computer:

• macOS (version 3.0.4): Download
• Windows 64-bit (version 3.0.5): Download
• Linux (version 3.0.3): Download
  This version hasn’t been fully tested yet. We welcome your feedback.

We’re still getting our software signed, so macOS and Windows may ask you to approve the Updater before it installs.

How to update your N32B

1. Back up your presets first. The update deletes the presets stored on the device. In the Web Editor, go to Preset Library → Device Presets, click Sync All, then download each preset as a JSON file or save it to your cloud library (requires logging in).
2. Download and install the Firmware Updater for your computer.
3. Connect your N32B to your computer with a USB cable.
4. Open the Firmware Updater, choose the latest firmware version, and click Upload.

Troubleshooting

• No SHIK drive appears: use a data-capable USB cable, not a charge-only one, and try another port or cable.
• The firmware didn’t update: check that you copied the right .uf2 file for your device, then reconnect and try again.
