Overview

This Return Policy establishes the principles governing returns, refunds, and exchanges for purchases completed through shik.tech. The intent is to ensure clarity, fairness, and consistency for both the customer and Shik.

1. Eligibility Period

Customers may submit a return request within 30 calendar days from the confirmed date of delivery.

2. Condition of Merchandise

  • Returned items must remain unused, in original condition, and include all labels, accessories, and packaging.
  • Assembled or modified DIY kits are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

3. Exclusions

  • Pre‑Orders and Back Orders: Once dispatched, these items are not eligible for return due to change of mind. Standard statutory rights continue to apply in cases of defect, significant misrepresentation, or as otherwise mandated by applicable law.
  • Defective or damaged items: If you believe your product is defective or has sustained damage, please contact us promptly at [email protected]. Following evaluation, Shik will arrange for a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Return Procedure

  • If approved, you will receive instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
  • Unauthorized or unsolicited returns will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

5. Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. A trackable shipping service is strongly recommended. Shik is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit.

6. Refunds

  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Shik will notify you regarding approval or denial of the refund request.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 14 business days of our receipt of the return. Additional processing time may be required by your financial institution.

7. Non‑Refundable Charges

  • Original outbound shipping fees are non‑refundable.
  • Duties, tariffs, or customs levies paid to government authorities cannot be refunded by Shik. Customers may seek reimbursement directly from their local authority, where permitted.

8. Material Non‑Conformity

If the product received materially differs from the published specifications, you must notify Shik within 30 calendar days of delivery and provide supporting documentation. Upon confirmation, we will arrange either a replacement or refund.
