Return Policy
We operate with a comprehensive return policy that spans thirty (30) days from the date of item receipt. To qualify for a return, the items must remain in a pristine, unused state, complete with all original labels securely attached. However, please note that assembled items from DIY kits are not eligible for return.
Please bear in mind that you will be held responsible for the associated charges related to return shipping.
Return Procedure

Once this step is complete, and we’ve granted approval for your return, you will receive a return shipping label along with detailed instructions. It’s important to note that we are unable to accept any items sent back to us unless a return has been formally requested and approved.
Refunds
Upon our receipt of the returned item and subsequent assessment of its condition, the refund process will commence. We’ll promptly notify you once your return has been processed and the refund approved. Please allow a minimum of fourteen (14) days from the moment we receive your item for the return process to be finalized. The refunded amount might take several days to reflect in your credit card or PayPal account.
